One of the world’s largest market research firms had deep ESG expertise — and a demanding first customer for it: one of the world’s largest international financial institutions, monitoring projects across dozens of countries. The mandate was ambitious: an AI-powered risk-intelligence platform that provides early warning on reputational and operational risks — AI-enabled, scaled ESG expertise — replacing workflows that lived in analysts’ heads and inboxes.

From green light to a delivered first version in roughly three months: analytics dashboards, a report library, a live news feed enriched with sentiment and topic analysis, project trend visualizations, and threshold-based alerts — so a risk surfaces before it becomes a surprise.

LLMs handle time-consuming research preparation, data ingestion, query generation, and report drafting, while experts remain responsible for interpretation and judgment.

Over two years the platform grew from MVP to product: live data migration, entity intelligence, multi-tenant architecture, and generalized dashboards that extend beyond ESG. Then the final step most vendors avoid — we migrated the entire platform onto the client’s own infrastructure, documented it, and handed over the keys. They now market the platform to their own customers, under their own brand. The product scales expertise by transforming how analysts gather evidence, generate queries, prepare analysis, and deliver intelligence.
